L’agriturismo La Paterna da oggi è a tutti gli effetti ristorante. La trasformazione, che ha richiesto più di un anno, si è finalmente conclusa. Grande la soddisfazione dello chef e titolare Giovanni Merlo, che ha dichiarato “Da oggi La paterna amplia il suo orizzonte trasformandosi in ristorante. Rimarrà immutata l’attenzione ai prodotti del territorio, ma potrò ampliare l’offerta con piatti dal respiro internazionale. Sono molto soddisfatto di poter aggiungere, accanto ai piatti tradizionali, nuove proposte sempre ispirate alla ricerca della qualità, in una cucina di sostanza che sa trasformarsi in puro piacere”

Giovanni goes to great lengths to make sure his guests have the most enjoyable stay possible. Part of his success is based on his penchant for “fieldwork” and whenever he has time, he tours Italy and the rest of the world in a quest for new ideas and fresh inspiration.
“It is the best way to recharge my batteries and recoup my energy for all I need to do,” Giovanni explains.
